Community involvement

Our school values strong partnerships with our families and community. Parents and carers can get involved through our Parents and Citizens Association (P&C) or by volunteering at our school. Your time and support help make our school a better place for everyone.

Parents and Citizens Association (P&C)

Our P&C is a group of parents, carers and school community members. They assist with school planning, fundraising, events and volunteering. Our P&C works in partnership with our school to promote the interests of our school community.

Joining the P&C a great way to meet other families, get involved and contribute to our school's future. We would love to have you on board!

School Council

The School Council brings together parents and community, the P&C, Principal and teaching staff to support consultation, good governance and the longer-term direction and priorities of our school.

Get Involved

All parents and carers are welcome to join the P&C, attend our meetings, volunteer or help with events and activities. You can be involved as much or as little as suits you — every contribution helps.

P&C meetings are held quarterly and are open to everyone in our school community. We would love to see as many parents and carers there as possible.

Helping out at school is a great way to get involved in your school community.

Volunteer opportunities include:

• volunteer at the uniform shop
• help the P&C find and apply for grants
• organise or help at working bees
• volunteer at events or help with planning
• join the P&C committee
